I only do fills over my work FAILURE to do so will result in a $25 convince fee or cancellation depending on my workload for the day. Cancel/Reschedule/Late Fee Cancellations/rescheduled can only be done from your end. You must reschedule your appointment 24hrs before your appointment Failure to do so will result in lost of deposit. You’re only allowed to reschedule once with original deposit. Everyone gets a 10 minute grace period. At exactly 10 minutes, A $10 late fee will be added to your total After 15 minutes your appointment will be cancelled and your card will be charged No call / No show Clients that do not text to state they will not be able to make it will be banned from booking and card will be charged. Emergency Appointment Need a nail appointment Before/After hours text my business number to see if I’m able to accommodate a slot for you, Additional $25 charge will be added to service price.
